Injury concerns hold harris back
Harrer is out with a bruised knee and was limited during practice Friday. He left practice Friday after trying to get himself under control and getting hit by a defender after a blocked shot attempt ag아산출장샵 아산안마ainst the Boston Celtics.
“I don’t see that (he’s out) in any way,” coach Jim Boylan said. “When you have multiple players sitting out, it’s tough. That’s just how we feel right now, so we’re going to have to wait and see how he goes. But we’ll do our best to get him in there.”
After a brief practice Friday afternoon, Harrer and his teammates returned to the practice facility and watched practice from outside. It wasn’t until a short break in practice later in the day that Harrer was able to get a look at some of his teammates in action.
A team source said that when Harrer got close enough to see what he’d been up against, he did a poor job of keeping his gaze down. But with a handful of the young talent on the court, you can still tell there’s a lot to learn from the first-round pick.
Jeter and Collins have spent mu용인안마ch of this offseason on the team’s roster and have been doing an enormous amount of preparing for training camp. A team source said it sounds like their players are going to be putting a lot of work into taking their game to the next level this f포항안마all.
Harrer, a sophomore, is the team’s second-leading scorer at 11.3 points per game while also making 60 percent from the 3-point line and 25.5 percent from inside, according to NBA.com.
The Bruins were ranked 15th in the league last year and have struggled a bit in recent weeks, including allowing 105.0 points per game this past week.
Last year, when the Bruins defeated Indiana and Wisconsin, Harrer hit his first career 3-pointer at 12:49 in a 56-56 win. This fall, however, the player has had a better day. He finished with 15 points and eight rebounds against Boston.
One of the factors fueling his breakout campaign last year? The strength of his frame. Harrer is listed at 6-foot-5 and weighs 225 pounds and is a solid mid-range shooter. He is also a big part of a team that is still recovering from the departure of leading scorer Rhett Lashley this past season.
